What you ask your girlfriend if she is getting tired of you? I am just curious if this is a good question to ask.

No....it would just start a lot of questions and doubts. If she isn't tired of you, she may think you were asking because you are tired of her. Think of another way to "talk". Talk about plans, dreams, etc. Somehow it will come out what she's feeling. Be ready to listen.
