Eat all the raw plants you want. Celery, lettuce, grapes, fruit, veggies. Don't add any sauce at all.

If you mean, eating lots without putting on weight, then you must speed up your metabolism. This would mean initially eating lots of foods that are not calorie dense -meaning that they have few calories per serving-. So, rather than having peanuts which have about 500kcals per 100g, you would have to snack on fresh fruit, ie strawberries which only have 44kcal per 100g. These watery low calorie foods give you body the illusion that it is full, therefore, during the course of the day, you can eat the same number of kcals, but with more food to reach that target. If you want to increase your metabolism, simply exercise -but remember to replace those lost kcals- day on, day off and this will do the trick!
