There is no reason why you should not get a job doing this, apart from your relative inexperience in this position. You say you have one years experience in management in this line, a lot would depend on what other experience you have, and in what job.
Fill out your CV and send it off, if you don't try, you don't get.

Sorry but you cannot start off in management on most lines...You have to spend your time in the "barrel" so to speak.

well sure if you still good and healthy.and the owner trust in you why not.it not against the law.so just give it a try.well you can ask the owner if you can try it out if they dont mind.
