apparently its like all to do with back in the days of the ug ug days where us humans could barely walk properly
and to reproduce the men went for the younger females coz it made them seem "young and fertile" ready to reproduce and provide children to the man....
and the females went for the older males because they had experience and masculinity to protect her and their child and to more of an ability to hunt for food and create shelter etc...
plus older lads are more mature than most lads my age...

Anyone who thinks girls mature faster than boys in dating has never dated a girl. They think they are more mature and should be dating older men. But when the girl is 13-19 and dating a guy in his late 20's or older, she's really dating a pervert who just wants young ***, and he know's she's too stupid and immature to know better. Seriously, what's a guy that age going to have remotely in common with a girl that young? Lol. I'm 21 but I won't date girls that age because of how stupid about 90% are in dating. Most don't know what the hell they want until their mid 20's and some never do.

Haha why do guys date younger girls? Some people get left out either way. Anyway I think it has to do with maturity, or perceived maturity. Girls tend to be attracted to guys who seem to have a lot of street smarts and resources such as a car or the $ that comes with having a job. Things even out in college though.

Older guys are just more appealing. I have never liked a guy who is my age before, it's just a thing we have...older guys are a bit more mysterious because they've experienced more stuff and they are more mature and the experienced ness is kind of appealing. It's also just flat out flattering if an older guy will go out with a younger girl, if he's good looking. she'll be really happy

Oh, you know; women like to "believe" that older men are more mature and responsible.
It's a bunch of bull if you ask me, I'm 19 and can be just as mature as a 30 year old.
Oh and older men are more experienced with sex
They're just woo so damn mysterious and dangerous (yeah right!!)

Because most guys under 25 or 30 arent ready to settle down and get married and just want sex. So women are getting smarter and looking for more mature men.

bc a guy's maturity develops more slwly than a girl's. when she is with an older guy, he has an equal maturity level and has more experiences where as a younger guy is just that- younger.

i have always wondered that myself. i like guys around my own age. i tried dating an older guy once and i didn't see any difference so i'll just stick with guys my age =)
