Elements 5 is a fine program to edit your photos and has many easy to use tools to do what you want.

Gimp is free and almost as good . Paint shop pro XI
is cheaper I like it better more precise I have them both

No. You should download it for free from a torrent site. Social darwinism is valid in very few instances, this is such an instance. Buy yourself and a date a $100 dinner. That's $100 well spent: human bonding.
