I pay child support,but mother will not let me see here, because i do not wish to have anything to do with her.

I'm confused. Do YOU want to see her or not? You said that her Mum won't let you see her because you don't want to have anything to do with her? Is it your ex or your daughter that you are referring to?
If its your ex. I have seen the same problem with other family members who believe that playing tug of war with the child/ren is a fair game - its not!
Go to court and organize a "Visitation Schedual", some thing that works for both of you. If she dosn't want to see you (or you her) find one of those places that has safe drop off points, or to pick up and drop off at day-care. There are ways to work this out, and you both owe it to your daughter to do it - in an adult way.

If you pay child support , you can get visitaion on every other week end . Go to the courthouse from where you live. Or go to where you pay the child support and they will set things up for you. If you want to see her. there are ways at working it out, Where the other parent wants it or not. Good Luck Pem

If you don't want anything to do with who, your ex or your daughter? The court can make her let you see her. Your daughter needs to see you. It will make a big difference later in life in her relationships with men. Your ex isn't doing our daughter any favors and if anything is hurting her self esteem!

do youhaveanything from court stating that you get to see her ? if not then you will need to go to get your rights to see her. that child needs you in her life ,so go as far as you need to go, to see her.
