Why would a guy make-out with me and tell me how pretty I am and how he wants to spend more time with me and that I should call him...and then when I call, ignore me and not return my call?

Why would he say that to you? Because you are not the only girl that he's making out with, calling pretty, and saying he wants to spend more time with them.
If was was genuine in all that he has said, HE would call you instead of asking you to call him.
Maybe next time when you are making out with him, tell him how hot you think that he is and that you like spending time with him and tell him that you'll call him. Then, DONT call him. You might be able to turn the tables and get him thinking, "wow, did I do something wrong, why isn't she calling me when she said she would?"

Because he's a user and knew you were a easy target. First get to know someone mentally, emotionally, spiritually before you engage in intimacy physically. What you put in you get out...if you put in 15-20 mins that's what you get. Good Luck.

Because hes a guy. sounds like you were taken for a ride, learn from your mistakes.. Guys have a habit of just taking what they want then moving on to the next conquest.If and when he contacts you, try to ignore him. Good luck..xx
