ive tried and researched many supplements, never have i come across any banned proteins. however, most are not rated by the FDA so they can be garbage, go for the brand name. my favorite is AST's pro nytro-40, has only 10 fat calories and can be bought fairly cheap if you search the net right.

supplemental protein powders are not on the NCAA banned substance list. they have no positive effect on athletic performance
