I'm talking to a woman who is great except for one thing. This woman is constantly talking about how men pay attention to her. Now I'm not the jealous type, but it get pretty annoying hearing about it.
I think she's insecure but I'm not completely sure. She acts very confident, but it's almost like she's faking it sometimes.
Are any of you women like this or know someone else who is, and can you tell me what you think?

If a woman talks so much about something you are correct. She needs constant reassurance. I would grow weary of that If I was a male...You have to decide if you can put up with that..It sure is amazing how difficult we make it for ourselves at times. I just learned that today myself.

Sure... i know what you are talking about... i am sometimes guilty of it too :-P
Well, maybe it is insecurity but more likely is that she is just trying to be cocky about it. She wants to show you always that you ain't the best for her... so you could try to ignore her for a while & see if she reacts on it. If she comes & ask you why you are ignoring her, then tell her honestly that her bragging about other great guys are getting on your nerves & if she has other great guys in the wings, then she should date them because it satisfies her. If she wants to continue seeing you, then she shall stop talking about all together or else find someone else better in her list to date.........
That should get the message across loud & clear, once & for all :-)

There is an old saying that goes "Fake it until you make it". I know that if I am feeling insecure I will sometimes go overboard. Though I would never tell a guy I am interested in about all these other guys hitting on me. Maybe she thinks you will find it humorous, or maybe, just maybe she is trying to get you to tell her how you feel about her. Be honest, tell her you like her, that your into her and that your not the jeleous type, but if she could please reframe from telling you about all the other men that hit on her.

Sounds like she knows somehting about you.
Women like to know that we make our men squrm. If she's talking about it all the time she wants a reaction from you. YOU can find out what this is probly you getting vary protecteve of her, or you can just find a way to deal.
A good reply would be thank god I know where you go home at night and I sure look at you so it's not somehting I really see.

Some girls, especially girls who find themselves attractive, often say things like that to get YOUR input. She probably wants you to say, "You're so pretty" or "You're beautiful, of course they pay attention to you." A lot of women, though not all, fish for compliments and this is a great way of doing it. A friend of mine from high school was like that - definitely a fisher!

She is somewhat insecure. Just tell her that you really enjoy her company, but would prefer if she did not talk about other guys or the attention they give her. Tell her that you are more interested in talking about her and and you.

If she talks about it all the time, then she is most definitely insecure. She talks about it to reassure herself (and you) that she is desirable because she doesn't really believe it.
