I'm looking for a good word to use for the opposite of agnosia.
A-Gnosis basically is Greek for "non-knowledge", so does anyone know what the Greek for "complete knowledge" is?
Agnosia is commonly used as a suffix or compound word for a lack of ability in certain areas, is there a corresponding suffix/compound for an unusual aptitude in these areas?

Thanks for the help!

There is quite a difference between the terms "gnosia" and "gnosis". "Gnosia" describes the ability to recognize the implicit form & function of objects (including people), whereas "gnosis" (a.k.a. "gnosticism") describes spiritual intuition.

Compound terms ending with the suffix "agnosia," e.g. prosopagnosia & autotopagnosia, describe different forms of impaired recognition.

The simple answer is the antonym to "agnosia" is simply "gnosia," at least in the medical context.
