Ok so I have been getting nervous about school ever since i was in 3rd grade and I have always felt like I was going to be sick. I am 13 years-old and I just started 8th grade, in a new school, and it just seems to get worse, and i dont even eat a thing at lunch. I told my parents about this when i was in 5th grade but they always just tell me that im nervous about school, but the thing is im not nervous just about school,i feel this way whenever i go somewhere where i havent been in awhile, like the dentist. At school, the feeling disappears at the end of the school day, but it will just return again the next time i go to school. I sometimes become so nervous that my palms start to sweat and I really feel like I am going to be sick, but I have never got sick in school yet. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with me, because this feeling has become such an annoyance in my life.

Just sounds a little like a panic attack dear. Just try to stay relaxed and remember there are probably a lot of other kids at school that are nervous but you just don't realize it.
As we get older we look back on our lives and I remember feeling much the same way when I was 13. I am 46 and have so much more confidence now. I look back and wish to God that I had not worried so much about whatever one else was thinking etc... and just been my natural self. There will always be friends to form bonds with you will love you for who you are, flaws and all. Be relaxed, take a deep breath, find something positive to focus on, for example....how many days until the weekend....the next fun family gathering....the next movie outing....the next funny tv show....always try to have something to look forward to no matter how small it may seem. I will pray for you.
God Bless you. You will be fine :)

It's quite possible that you have an anxiety disorder. Sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, and a general feeling of dread when placed in a situation that makes one uncomfortable are symptoms of anxiety.

Often times there's a "safe spot" for those suffering from anxiety. As you said: you don't experience difficulties when at home; this may be your "safe spot."

You should certainly see a psychiatrist, or at the very least a general practitioner, if these symptoms interfer with your willingness and ability to function and experience new things. I suffer from similar problems and medication and/or counseling may benefit you.

Take care and best of luck in fixing the problem.

Have you talked to the school counsellor yet? You might be suffering from a mild case of anxiety disorder or agrophobia. Talk it over with your parents some more and tell them it has been since 5th grade. It is a rather long time to have it.

Be kind to yourself and take care.

I think you really do need some professional help, at least counseling.

Lots of people have symptoms like yours but usually get over them. You are concerned about it, and that is reason enough to seek some help.

You may outgrow this, but right now you don't feel secure in these surroundings, and that should be something that can be cured.

Hypnotherapy might be the best approach.

Talk to your counselor at school.

It sounds like you have an anxiety problem. Try talking to your doctor about it and make sure to mention what circumstances bring it on. Anxiety can be difficult but it can be controled with breathing and mental exercises or, in extreme cases, with medication.
