im looking for a boyfriend (im not asking online. im not trying to find a bf over the internet.) and idk where to find one. i go to a REALLY small school (12 ppl in the entire grade and 9 of them are girls, the other 3 are just weird and i would never go out w/ em). any ideas?

Hi! Sarah,
First of all, I want to say excellent choice in NOT looking on-line. Those dating sites are filled with "scammers", "hackers" & "sex predator/stalkers"...Trust me, I know from personal experience...But if you are serious about meeting a nice guy, be ready, open & know what you like & what you don't...then wherever you go no matter where; a book store, shopping at the mall, or just walking along the beach, you will attract guys! Keep your head up, your teeth showing & your mind ready, so when a great guy comes along your path, you'll know & he'll attempt to make himself known to you! And always let him do the pursuing, it works out better that way...Also, a local church youth group is a safe good place to develop friendships with lots of available "nice guys"... Just be sure to guard your heart in the beginning. Never settle, always stick to your needs & wants. Only compromise on things that are not of great importance, like curly verses straight hair etc...Best wishes!

Well, it sounds like the issue is, that you are from a small town. There are few guys and they do not interest you. So, you have to get moving and check your surroundings. See what interests you, what do you enjoy doing? Where do you enjoy going? Are there guys there, that share the same interests as you?
If am right and you are from a small town. Then you will have to start exploring your area. Look for all the guys that you like and go on a few dates. No harm. If you can not find a date-able guy. Then you will have to wait, until you (or he finds you) finds one. I do agree with you, do not go for anything that comes from the internet. It will not be a true relationship.

I understand what your problem is, but if you have girlfriends you can go to the mall, movies and places where boys are. How old are you? If you're older, than the bar/club but 12 ppl in the entire grade? I am guessing you are young.

Join a community organization which focuses on young people doing things in their neighborhoods; volunteer somewhere; go to church where there are young people doing things. But keep in mind - let the boys find you - it's not supposed to be the other way around. That's how girls get in trouble - you go looking and you will find something and it won't be the right one.

depends on what kind of guy you are looking for. if you are into sports you can meet a guy at a game. if you are looking for a serious and more scholastic type try the library after school. if you are into the more social guy do your homework at a coffee shop. also involve yourself in a youth group to meet more people, even if you don't meet a guy you can still make more friends.

The mall. Try actually going up to a guy you like and asking him out. I don't know how many times I've wished a girl would do that for me, and I KNOW many who see me would like to, but most girls aren't that way...

well, I don't know how old are u but it's a lot depending on your age range.... I would try to meet new people at the coffe place, at local festivals and expos, museums, church, libraries, or even by friends, and it would be easier if your already have in mind wich kind of men you are lookink for..............

don't bother, they are all pigs!! lol . depending on where u live, try joining sports groups or go to a camp. my kids were in judo in a small town and they met lots of kids. also, let friends introduce u to their out of town friends - the more people u meet, the more likely they will know someone who u might like.
