This is similar to questions like what are your weaknesses. The trick is to turn it into a positive.
The best way to answer this is to simply answer a slightly different question.
What do you think you need to improve on the most. Or what would you like to change about your self.
For example.
I think that I need to improve on my ability to express disagreement with people. Often if I think there is a problem with something I am asking questions, suggesting improvements. I believe doing this is important. But I am learning how and when to make my comments. My main problem is when I am thinking about how to solve a problem I just speak my mind without worrying how it might make other people think. Often now, I will just try and ask for as much information as possible. Think about the problem later and find a time to discuss it later.

I love this question...
I am a hardworking individual and tend to work a lot of hours. With that being said, I tend to lose balance of work and personal life. For example, if I am out with my friends I will constantly talk about work and lose interests in things that once brought me joy.
You can also say that you are a profectionist and find it hard to not have everything be so perfect. It tends to draw you away from important tasks at hand.
If you need further help, please email me. I am the interview KING!!!!

Keep your answer to this short and sweet. You will NOT get hired because of your weaknesses or negative qualities.
Don't give your interviewer anything that will not get you hired... I know this answer is BS but its what you have to do. Answer "You are intolerant of lazy people" or something like that.

Answer honestly - but don't be too freakishly honest. Tell them you're a people person, but fine details are not your forte. Or...you tend to be shy at first in new situations - but you force yourself to get past it and reach out to others.
Something like that.
