They say that if you make it to Heaven that you "live" forever. I have trouble putting my brain around an eternal existence. What could that mean? Will there be plans and adventures? Will things go wrong? Will people fall in and out of love. Will there be animals? Will there be accidents? Will it be a theocracy? Why doesnt the Bible say what goes on there?

Actually the Bible does say what goes on...There are mansions and streets of gold...there is praising the Lord God almighty....There will never be pain, or sadness, or fear, or any of the bad stuff that is here on earth...There defintely wil not be any tears....All things will be new and there will never be any night----There will be no tears and you will be with all the ones who have gone on before and they will never leave again....I believe personally there will be animals in Heaven cause the Bible says that a child will play in the asp's hole well an asp is a poisonous snake and the lion and the lamb will lie down together....

The Bible actually does say a lot about heaven. If you are interested there is a book called Heaven by Randy Alcorn. He takes all of the scriptures that talk about heaven and pieces together what it could look like. He readily admits that he could be totally off base, but he did the best he could based on the information he had. I know after reading it, I was more excited than ever to get there!

The Universe expands infinitely and as such, the resources of heaven would be limitless. Heaven of course in my mind would have to be either in a different plane of existence or at a certain point in the future in which the concept of heaven can even be plausible, since time and existence are infinite, the possibilities are endless. To say it is impossible for heaven to exist is to say that you have a complete and total understanding of existence, something the human race is far from and have only begun to scratch the surface on our little pinpoint of the universe.

The Apostle John was privileged to see and report on the heavenly city (Revelation 21:10-27). John witnessed that heaven possesses the "glory of God" (Revelation 21:11). This is the Shekinah glory or the presence of God. Because heaven has no night and the Lord is the light, the sun and moon are no longer needed (Revelation 22:5).

The city is filled with the brilliance of costly stones and crystal clear jasper. Heaven has 12 gates (Revelation 21:12) and 12 foundations (Revelation 21:14). The paradise of the Garden of Eden is restored: the river of the water of life flows freely and the tree of life is available once again, yielding fruit monthly with leaves that "heal the nations" (Revelation 22:1-2) However eloquent John was in his description of heaven, the reality of heaven is beyond a finite man's imagination to describe (1 Corinthians 2:9). Yet it is more real than this earth, which will pass away.

Heaven is a place of "no mores." There will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sorrow (Revelation 21:4). There will be no more separation because death will be conquered (Revelation 20:6). The best thing about heaven is the presence of our Lord and Savior. We will be face to face with the Lamb of God Who loved us and sacrificed Himself so that we can enjoy His presence for eternity.

In Heaven there will be no more pain, only Joy, nothing will go wrong, there will be things to do, there will be animals, you will not marry as we do here on earth. We will be married spiritually to the Lamb of God Jesus Christ. The question is will YOU chose to go there. The bible says that only believing in Jesus will get you there. Do you believe in Jesus? Do you believe in the Authority of the Bible. If you do and would like to become a born again Christian I can show you how but you have to Believe in your heart, Just say Dear Lord I confess to you that I am a sinner in need of a Saviour, I believe that you came to earth to die on a cross for me to be a perfect sacrifice for my sins, I believe you rose from the grave the third day. I ask you to come into my heart right now and save me and make me one of your children. In Jesus name Amen!! If you Prayed this Prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of the Lord, Amen.. If you were serious about that Prayer, and God knows all things so he knows, find you a local church to go to and get you a Bible and start reading it. Start in the book of John. Its the fourth book in the New Testament. Good luck to you and God Bless!!

Most people think that in heaven you just "hang out" but it's not true. There is so much that we will do there...no there won't be any evil or accidents or hatred. It does say bits and peices of what will go on but it's full of mysteries and we arnt meant to know all the answers now. We will do work for the Lord and have lives there. Not exacty sure what that will consist of but there will be streets of gold. We will "join Him in paridise" If you ask me, if Jesus says it's going to be paridise, then it's going to be pretty darn good.

God promises us wonderful things. Things we cannot even imagine. If we knew what it was going to be like, we wouldn't be surprised, would we? Whatever He has in store, be assured it is going to be extremely awesome!
Jesus said "In My Father's house, there are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you." Mansions. We will live in mansions.
Read the book "90 Minutes in Heaven" by Don Piper. It is about a pastor who died in a horrible car accident, and remained dead for 90 minutes, then, came back to tell what he experienced. It is awesome. A must read for anyone wondering about heaven.
God Bless

Here are the answers to ALL your questions.

Praise and worship towards God as He does what He does. Your soul will be in heaven, not your body. The spiritual war will be over and praise and worship (that is the plan and adventure). No. No. No, bc animals dnt have souls. no. yes. It does.

Like you said, its really hard to grasp the concept of eternity. I would guess that life in heaven will be filled with constant opportunities for growth of our minds, and taking on new adventures. Lots of celebrating, lots of fun. The one thing I do know for certain is that in heaven no one will EVER be mistreated again.
We will never hear of children being starved to death by their parents or care givers, no one will ever abduct someone and torture them, no one will even steal something that belongs to you ever again!
For me, that's what I'm looking forward to once we get to heaven!
