That all depends...First if you have never believed in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord---Confessed your sins with your mouth---and asked him to forgive you of your sins and come into heart....Then yes tomorrow you will have to go to work but that will be the least of your worries, as you just got left on this Earth for refuseing the free gift of salvation---however if you have done all this and know without doubt that you are saved......Then you will not be here when He comes back for you will meet him in the air during the rapture...If you have to ask this question I suggest you examine your heart before it is too late for the time is drawing near and Christ Jesus can appear at any minute......
