If the truth is you were driving high, had more X on you or in the car, and also had a weapon (yours or not.) You are in DEEP doo doo. DUI - Drugs, Possesion of a Schedule 1 narcotic, posession of a firearm in the comission of a felony (posessing the X) and whether the gun was stolen or not.
