Guys, running does not interfere with muscle building and weight lifting isn't bad for boxing. These are myths that have been disproved a long long time ago.
And to answer the asker's question, it's better to run before your weight training session. You need not worry 'bout losing energy when you hit the weight room because running and weight lifting involve different muscle fibers. Besides if you run first, you'll be pretty much warmed up for your weight training workouts.

Well, I'm not a boxer, but a weightlifter and I know that running interferes with muscle building so you should space the 2 as far apart as possible...I.E run 1st thing in the morning and weight lift as late in the day as possible...good luck on your training...

The way your energy system works run after lifting.
That is what professional sprinters do.
Their theory is you can convert the lifting into speed, I am not sure if that is correct or not but that is how runners do it.
