I want to know an effective way of training my reflexes so that when a punch, kick, whatever comes at me, I can react much quicker then I do now. I already practice blocking technics and such so that they can become second nature, but they don't do anything if i can't use them quick enough when needed (be it sparring or in a real fight).

Notice: i dont have anyone to train with so I'm looking for ways to train by myself.

Sorry to say, but nothing can substitue actual sparring, and it is best to sparr with someone close to your skill level, so you can develope together... it is also important have open comunitcation, if something worked on you time and time again.. "why?'"... It's a very complicated game of paper rock scissors, when your opponens body gets into a certain posistion, there are only a certain number of strikes that can be performed your actions become "instinctive".... all i can say... is find a friend and enjoy learning together

throw many repititions of the same exact attack. (i.e. straight punch to the solar plexus) Just focus on your fist being where it starts, then where it is. Never imagine the space between.
