If you can't afford the deductible, you probably can't afford to be driving. You CAN lower the deductible in most states, to $100, for collision and comprehensive. Of course, that raises your auto rates.
Or you can get a second job to save some money up, to pay your deductible.

Some collision centers will pay it but they usually do shoddy work. There is a Home and Auto Safety company that will reimburse you for the auto deductible but you still have to pay it first.

I'm assuming the claim has already happened, so adjusting your deductible now will not affect a claim that has already happened, but it will help in the future.
You can try getting a personal line of credit at the bank and paying that back in smaller installments. Besides that there is not much other less expensive choice besides asking parents/friends.

Talk to your insurance company you can get a lower deductible by paying a higher premium. Some companies
cut you rates by having good grades in school and not
having accidents or tickets.
