How come mexicans are always waving their flags and saying viva mexico but yet none want to live over there?

They want to come to America for all the freebies they can get, what they cant get in their own country. I guarantee that if an American went to Mexico the greeting wouldn't be so welcome as it seems to be here.
Just watch and see, before too much longer Americans are going to get completely fed up with these no count moochers and start taking matters into their own hands, simply because our so called government is taking the ILLEGALS side against their own citizens.
Our government doesn't give a tinkers damn what we want, that has become obvious.

As a fellow Mexican, I totally agree with your argument about waving Mexican flags. But, you have to understand these are high school kids without life experience. I agree that every immigrant should wave the U.S flag with dignity, but NOt wave your born country flag in an immigration rally. But please don't get to the point of Generalizing an ethnic Group. Thats the last place anyone wants to be, if they want to be taken seriously.

It's like how black people are proud to be African always representing where they originally came from and **** like that... They want to embrace their roots. There's nothing wrong with that. Most of the west was Mexico and we still consider it our land because we're the rightful owners. White people complaing about Mexicans but yet they're the real thieves. They stole our land, they stole black people from Africa, they stole rights. Don't point fingers until you look in the mirror. Look into the real history not the modified school history.

Because most of them have an 8th grade education or worse,and there are people here that use them for their political gain or agendas. Some are truly arrogant people,but some probably just do not know any better..... I do believe that the word Is getting out that AMERICANS despise their flag waving and allegience to a FOREIGN COUNTRY,but unfortunately for them I think It Is too little too late.

Rabbits will eat crops, then move on to new pastures once the crops are gone, but they are still rabbits even though they are eating new crops in a different location. They're probably even proud of being rabbits. Mexico and Cuba have been exploited. Now they are here. Immigrants are one of the chief reasons America can not adopt a social government like the Scandinavian countries (that do not allow immigration). You never see an educated accountant waiving a British flag and wearing a t-shirt that says "God Bless the Queen".

In all of the reading I've been doing about their government lately, I'm beginning to wonder if the type of people we are seeing come here illegally could have done anything...how could they without the resources? Not that I think they should ever be doing it here at all. Their government is very corrupt and that is one of the only things I can say good for NAFTA is that it unintentionally exposed the corrupt government and human rights violations thru the U.S. and Canada's media exposure of their fellow NAU-to-be-member, Mexico. Now, to just get Mexico to stop pocketing every dime, create some jobs like they were supposed to, and to take care of their own in need.

They wish and long for the old days before the Mexican-American War when the Southwest still belonged to Mexico. After all, there was no U.S. Border Patrol to harass them back then.

Many Europeans were proud of their native lands but still left Europe for America. It's the same for Mexicans. Waiting for economic progress requires patience. Tell me that Americans have the patience they demand of others.

I live in Grand Rapids Michigan. And yes the illegals are coming by the bus loads. It makes me sick to see Americans without jobs while the illegals are being hired all over .
Illegal immigration is the talk of the town and not in a good way. There are thousands upon thousands of legal Michiganders who will fight to stop these free loaders!

Your silly statement that "none want to live over there" ignores the fact that approximately 109 MILLION of them DO live "over there," and quite happily. Also, about 2 MILLION US citizens live "over there," by choice.

I was on a Greyhound bus from Tennessee to Michigan and there was a man from Mexico sitting in front of me. He started talking to me and I asked him why he was coming here and where he was planning on going and what he was going to do. He said, from what I could make out, he was going to Grand Rapids, MI to live in a homeless shelter, get free coffee and free bed, food stamps (which he was excited about) then get his family up here. Once they were here the state would help them (woman and kids) get a place to live and he would get a job while his wife would collect child support and get food stamps. They would have "seperate" addresses but really living together.....

To him it was the American, er, Mexican dream.

The sad part is our government lets it happen...
