I am assuming you mean "body-hair removal wax." How that got onto your kitchen counter is something I won't even speculate on.

It will depend on your counter material and how extensive the effected area is. First step would be to see how much you could scrape off with a wooden spatula. After that it depends on whether it is a counter top that chemicals will ruin. If you have any doubt do a lot of scraping and then rubbing with a towel.
