I had a dream last night and I dont remember my dream, but I do remember a word being said repeatedly: Equinox
I think in my dream i was repeating it over and over and over and over, as if to remember it...
Does anyone know what it could mean??
I looked on wikipedia and it says that it occurs twice a year, and its when the sun is directly over the equator and there is equal daylight and night time.
The next one is on Sept. 22....
Just so you know, i never use this word! This word is not in my vocabulary and also, I dont remember reading it or hearing it anywhere so this has got me alerted...

It is almost the same definition! wow I wonder what it means.... I know I should follow my intuition but its so hard sometimes, when your brain takes over... for me I find it hard to distinguise the two sometimes...
and also, I have read the Alchemist several years ago and actually gave it to a friend of mine to read and never got it back... wow this is interesting! Im going to do more searching on to what it could mean :) thanks for your answer

tmv: i wanted to email you but your settings do not allow me to email you. I wanted to ask you when you had that dream were you going through a change of some sort? I had that dream last night, and earlier that day in the afternoon my boyfriend who i've been with over a year broke up wiht me... so i'm thinking it could do with that, but the messege is still unclear if it has anything to do with that...

You may not remember how you come across the word. However, your subconscious mind is telling you that that word somehow slip thorough you mind and you had the urge to vent it out in dream.
Sometimes our mind would speak or say things that we don't know of because it lurked into our subconscious mind somehow. Why do we dream about that?
It could be about things you tried to understand. Most likely words that don't mean anything to you beforehand will not mean anything at all unless you believe this is some sort of spiritual message. To me, I think you have to understand the background of your dream first before you can actually interpret the dream like at what situation you heard that word, who was saying it.
As far as Sept 22, again, it may not mean anything at all or it just means you have heard it from somewhere and that went into your subconcious mind.

Hmmm. That's interesting. Your question kind of gave me goosebumps. Something similar happened to me. I had a dream with the word "zenith" in it. I NEVER use this word and it also wasn't a part of my vocabulary. The definition I found is is "the direction pointing directly above a particular location."
This is actually a little similar to the definition for "equinox."
I have no idea what it means, but I do like to think that things like this happen for a reason.
There's a book called "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho which talks about omens, how certain things happen in our life to guide us in a particular direction. Go with your intuition.
