he probly has a secret burning desire to be with you and spoil you in every way and kiss you gently, but when you say stop, he will want to keep going, but he will love you enough to stop... but hes trying to make it sound like almost nothing.

Well, first thing. If he said all that, odds are he is interested in sex with you. Odds are if a guy shows any interest in you at all, he has probably imagined it at least once. I generally don't go for gender-based stereotypes, but I can't deny something I myself have been guilty of.
Second of all, whether or not he wants a relationship is something that takes time to discover. What he said is a sign, but just words by themselves. I say tread carefully. Get to know him a little better, see if he was just talking or if he meant it. If things do kick off, don't put out for him unless you want to for your own sake. If it turns out he is just in it for sex and you give it up without wanting it yourself, that just won't end well for you at all.
Honestly, I'd say take it slow, but investigate further. It may just work out after all.
