That there was no afterlife. Would you live your life much differently than you do now?

I dont think I would change, I still would value family, friendship, loyalty and love. These things are of great importance to me. Whether there is an afterlife should not be a pre-requisite to being a decent human being.

Respectfully,
John

My mind tells me that there is no afterlife, but my heart tells me maybe there is a better world than the one we live in. But, even if there was, I would enjoy my life to the fullest as often as I can. Believing in an afterlife, doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy everyday of your life. What you make of your life here on earth, is your life forever. If you don't believe, just be happy and healthy and above all always have a good time.

Excellent Question.

Well, I think I would still hate dishonesty and lies.

I think I would still be afraid of murderers and violent offender criminals.

I don't steal now, and I don't think I would just because there wouldn't be any afterlife - it's because I think we should work for what we need and if we need something we can't get - we should ask for help - not just take what isn't ours.

I would still love and respect my parents.

I would still love my daughter more than anything and raise her to be a sweet young lady.

Those are the first things that come to mind.

No, I would still have some pride in myself and wouldnt want to run around acting like an idiot who doesnt care what people think, I want respect from people so I try to give it.

Sorry to disappoint but an "afterlife" ,as you call it, does exist.

I do believe that without a doubt. No, my life is just how I want it.
