I mean can't you think about something else or do other things to make yourself happy instead of sex. Sex is not everything ya know.

the thought of sex doesn't actually make me happy, it makes me think of pain.

Well, I certainly think about other things than sex, but that doesn't change the fact that sex is a very strong biological drive. And people complain about not having that urge fulfilled just as they do about other urges. When you haven't eaten, you'll likely complain about not having food; when you haven't slept, you'll likely to complain about the end of the work day being so far away; you'd complain about lack of air if complaining didn't require air in the first place.
Now, it's not as important as those things, but its not something that's so easily pushed aside in favor of watching that rerun of Friends, either.

Ok well i think and wanna have sex because i am ina commited relationship and ready 4 it but some ppl are just horny lol... And sometimes ppl r preasherd to think about it or something. Anyways i hope this helps

Normal healthy sexually mature people think about sex a great deal because of hormones and the pleasure response. If you have poor health, haven't matured sexually, have low hormones or have a dysfunctional pleasure response, you won't think about sex. Behavior, however, is entirely different.

I totally agree! It makes me mad wen guys talk to me and the first thing that comes out of their mouths is about sex. I think about sex, but not all the time. Who doesnt?
