When my son was 15 mo old we would love to eat together things like:
Spaghetti
homemade chili
soup (of course his was cooled down and had a lot of crackers to absorb the juice)
Fruit salad
smoothies
bean burritos

(of course all these were cut for him to eat)These are to just name a few. You would be surprised the different kinds of food your child will eat if you like it. good luck!

INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package hot dogs
10 hot dog buns, split
2 cups mashed potatoes
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Ketchup and mustard
DIRECTIONS
Cook hot dogs according to package directions; place in buns. Top each with small scoops of mashed potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet; broil 4-in. from the heat for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound cooked, chopped turkey meat
3 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
DIRECTIONS
Place the turkey, water, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, or until a broth has formed.
Spread flour on a medium cutting board or other flat surface. Roll out biscuit dough and cut it into 1x2 inch pieces. Drop the pieces into the broth and cook over low heat approximately 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 quart vegetable oil for deep frying
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the mashed potatoes and egg until well blended.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or heavy deep skillet to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). Carefully drop the potato mixture by spoonfuls into the hot oil, and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from oil to drain on paper towels.

mac and cheese, anything with noodles like tuna casserole or pasta with marinara sauce, fish sticks, gosh a 15 month old can eat pretty much anything you want to feed him! Just cut things up small so he doesn't choke.
