Meditation, thinking of a safe, quiet place that you can relax your mind. Think of somewhere, where you can let your mind float. You can say prayers, a mantra, put yourself in a field of flowers, a stream where there are absolutely no worries, frustrations. Do this in a quiet place where you will feel free to meditate. It works for me and you will feel totally refreshed after 15 to 20 minutes of solitude.

Be good to yourself and pamper your body and mind. Take a nice bath with lavender oil (relaxes you and smells great), think of nothing while in the tub, just lay back and enjoy. Then, lay down and enjoy a good nights sleep. In the morning, take a walk and really enjoy the birds, flowers, sun, etc. Go back home and have a healthy breakfast. Do deep, slow breathing to further relax.
