My boyfriend is such a hypocrite.. he expects things from me that he wouldn't think of doing himself.
For example.. I HAVE to be in perfect shape all the time stay fit and keep my weight down. HE on the other hand is about 70 lbs overweight and has the eating habits of a 3 year old.
He feels its OK for HIM to flirt and talk with other girls however it's not OK for me to even be friends with another guy.
We always listen to HIS music and go do whatever it is HE wants to do.. Everything it seems like is on HIS terms and conditions.. and it never used to be this way. and its really starting to drive me crazy.. i feel very unappreciated - especially because in all honesty, i doubt he could get another girl especially acting the way he does.
any thoughts/advice on my situation?

should he not feel LUCKY to have me? and i'm not being arrogant just saying he's in no bargaining position.. i myself sometimes take a step back and wonder why i'm with him..

you said it best, you're unnapreciated. You know must choose, 1. Stay unappreciated and miserable in this relationship, or 2. Move on. (i'm a little overweight, do a little flirting but i treat my fit and sexy wife like a queen because of this)

If that is his way of treating you, I certainly would not stay with him. What would be the point? Do you really want a no-compromise relationship for the rest of your lives? His way or the highway?

sweetie this is not right. if he is puting you down and he is making you feel bad and degrades your weight and the way you look then he is totaly not the right guy for you. a guy should consider a girl beautiful at all times if he truely feels love and compassion for her.
