ive changed the master cylinder, porportional valve, front brake hoses, and the calipers.

Improperly bleeding the brake system.

Like many designs the actual pistons are plastic..or similar.
This material can over time swell and get tight in the bore. If you have not bleed the system since 1991, you could have rust in the bores causing the piston to bind.
You will find the rebuilt, with warranty, calipers about the same price as a rebuild kit.

my first guess would have been the hoses but you said you changed those next I would look at defective calipers were they rebuilt or new can you push the piston back in with a c clamp easily or is it difficult does it have abs if it does try checking that out too hope that helps

Did you bleed the sheeeeot out of the system???????


POWER BLEED IT!!! Use a vacum pump!
