The bums have this wet substance on them when I rub them...like some kind of pus...

You might want to get that checked out, Have you had unprotected sex recently? If so, it might be some sort of STD. Or it could be just skin disease.

Hey friend, it could be a kind of sexually transmitted disease, gonorrhea to be specific. if the discharge is a bit cheezy, and you have painful urination, you might be having gonorrhea. You have to consult a doctor specializing on STDs.
Don't engage in sexual activities for the meantime.. But do not be so scared, it is curable if treated immediately.

i'd have it looked at. i'd say heat rash but there usually isn't any puss. the only other thing i can think of is impentigo though i've no idea how you'd get it there.
