I went to Amish country with a friend years ago, and at lunch we had the most wonderful spread for the home made bread. I'm thinking it had peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, but I'm not sure of the proportions. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

We use 16 oz. of peanut butter to about 8 oz. marshmallow cream and 8 oz. of corn syrup. This recipe is approximate, and we usually go by color and texture. You can tell by looking at it if it's the way you like it. We, too, had this at an Amish restaurant, and tried to imitate the recipe. We finally figured out the mystery ingredient was corn syrup!
