Should I just come out with it and tell her I like her and ask her on a date, or should I wait and try and figure out if she likes me. Oh and I'm a senior and she's a sophomore, in a year I'll be at college, is it worth it?

Ask her out! The worst that can happen is that she says, "no". Don't worry about next year, that's too far away to worry about.

Don't be influenced with the fact that you'll be graduating very soon and you won't get to spend time, but you have to step up and go with the flow.
