i have Crohns and this is a life ive led for over 30 year,, keep a diary on what you eat and when this happens,, most like food related,, sugar is the Number 1 culprit for gas,, no pop or sweets, then dairy foods, like milk, and then bread,, ..... milk and bread break down into sugars and thats causes gas,,, this is exactly what a doctor is going to ask you so start your journal now and be ready when you get to the doctors in a few months,,,

I take it you do it for some form of alleviation. in certainty which you possibly set off the priority with the forcing of gas out of your equipment. attempt eating much less gas producing meals, eating a minimum of two liters of water on an primary basis, and exercising slightly extra. i've got faith your nutrients plan is rather extraordinary and inconsistent and you need to exchange those behaviors.

Try some yogart or milk and see if it fits your system. Or experiment with different foods that are alkaline and see what your system likes. Also as a last resort to complete your experiments, try different juices and if that works.
Good Luck.
