I had a wedding last july and my photographer gave me a cd with all the pictures he tooked. Pictures are numbered and kinda like a slideshow/movie cd and he wants me to pick which one i want and that would be the one he would print out. It's 3 dollars a picture. He said if my friends or relatives want a copy they should e-mail him and pay same amount. And that is awfully expensive. I was thinking if i could just take a picture out from the cd. I already paid him a lot to take my pictures and now he is still taking money from me.... OMG!
Document type is Application (.exe)
Please give me some idea how to do it. thank you

Print screen didn't work. It says author of this presentation does not allow copying of graphical images.
Its about 900 pictures in it 120MB.

Evidently there are no actual picture files on the CD, otherwise you could down load the pictures to your computer.

The only other thing I can suggest is a program (free download) called Screen Grabber. I don't have the website handy, just do a Yahoo or Google search using those words.

With this program you can "capture" images that are on your screen.

Hope this helped.

At the risk of stating the blindingly obvious, it might have been a good idea to check what you were paying for when you contracted his services.... In any case, there are often ways to extract images, although they may not be the best quality...the slideshow he sent you might have low-resolution versions and he might be keeping the high-resolution versions back in his office.

Can you offer any other information about the EXE he sent you? Does it show any kind of name at the start or end of the presentation? How large is the EXE itself? How many photos are there in it? Are there any other files, or any folders? The first thing you can try is pressing the PrintScreen button to take a snapshop of any image on the screen, and then paste it into Paint and save it. This is tedious, and not the best quality, but it's a start. Whether or not the images can be extracted depends a lot on how they've been embedded into the project and whether they're stored in a standard format (JPG, RAW etc) or whether they've been encrypted.

Try using a bitmap extractor and a jpg extractor to search for embedded graphics files. I've included links to one of each below, they're made by the same company and have a similar interface. Enter the directory of the exe in the top field and then press play...the number in the lower-right corner of the window will show how many images it's managed to find.

Go into My Computer and right click on the CD drive that the CD is in and choose the 'Open' command, and see if you can't find any picture files in there. If there aren't any and you have to use the .exe file to view the pictures use the Print Screen button to take a snapshop of each picture which you can then paste into any image editing software like Microsoft Paint, and then just save the picture after you've cropped it to how you like it.

you may, yet you will no longer be very useful. There are 2 issues to contemplate: a million) Did you go through a monetary loss using fact the marriage album grow to be introduced previous due? 2) Did the written settlement between you and the photographer specify a transport time, and did it comprise language defining restitution if it grow to be no longer introduced on time? customarily proceedings aid you to get well the two compensatory or punitive damages. Compensatory damages are to compensate the plaintiff for actually monetary losses as a consequence of the defendant's movements. Proving a monetary loss is step one to win a lawsuit. Punitive damages are offered in an attempt to punish the defendant's movements. customarily those are basically offered as nicely to compensatory damages, and basically while the defendants movements are extremely egregious (as an occasion, inflicting injury or harm at the same time as employing under the effect of alcohol. the different form of damages that would notice are liquidation damages. they could basically notice in case you spoke back "specific," to #2, and there is particular language in the settlement that could aid you to deliver at the same time money based on the previous due transport. If there isn't any such language, then you easily won't be able to sue for liquidation damages.

The " document " is a program. There is no easy way to take the pictures out and if you could they will be very poor quality. He is a con artist.
