How many out there believe in online dating? I would like to hear a success story?

I personally have had a bad experience, just one but that was enough. I am tempted but don't dare. I don't have the trust.
I would like to hear what other people think??

i have met a few ladies online and while they did not work out long term there was no bad feelings on either part ---- then i met my lady and i am taken for good (and im no starry eyed teenager or even 20's/30's etc) ---- you just need to be more selective --- best wishes
