Discipline!
First you will need the desire to quit junk food. With out it you will not be able to get rid of it.
Second you will need to get rid of all the junk food in your house.
Third you will need to replace it with something. Junk food is easy food to grab and eat. You will need to prepare something healthy that is just as easy to grab and eat. Sliced apples, carrots or celery with peanut butter or the like. Make sure it is something you like or else you will not eat it and your preparations will be for naught.
Forth, Stick to it and DO NOT CHEAT! Your body will need a period of time to get the bad stuff out. Set a goal or a time frame like 30 days or something. Keep reminding your self that anyone can do what you are doing for 30 days. Stick to it and decide what you are going to do and then do it.
Fifth, decide right now what you will do or answer if someone offers you junk food you do not want or need. So when the temptation comes you will have already made the decision and it will be easier to say no thanks.
Sixth, Do not forget to excersize and drink lots of water. Even a walk in the morning or evening for 20 minuts or so will make such a difference.
Finally and Most of all if you do it you will feel so much better. I know you can do it so just do it! If you complete your 30 days with out cheating you will find that your body does not crave the junk food you once did.
You will find your self feeling better, losing weight and happier. More energy and clear thinking are also by products of eating well.
Good luck!

Look for stuff that lack preservatives. Packaged stuff like potatoe chips and boxed food is filled with bad stuff that's thrown in just to keep it's shelf life long. Go for fresh stuff, the kind of stuff that will go bad if you don't eat it in a week or so.
Drink water instead of Coke. Water flushes your system and helps to wash out all the stuff you don't want in it. If you replace all of the soda with water, you'll notice your skin looking a lot better, and fewer pimples.
Balance your diet. It's okay to have junk now and then, just not in extreme amounts. If you want a fast burger, look for a place that uses quality ingredients. For example, if you live on the west coast, In N Out Burger uses fresh everything. It's a healthier meal than a similar burger from MacDonalds which has been frozen and filled with junk intended to give it that certain MacDonalds flavor. Restrict your intake of foods like this to once or twice a week and balance it with vegetables.
Eat fruits, vegetables, and wheat bread in the morning. All of this stuff has fiber. Fiber helps you to digest properly. If you start your day out with some fiber, it will cause everything else you eat in the day to pass easier. That means you can eat fattier stuff and it will slide right out of you instead of getting trapped and turned to fat...for the most part.
Balance and quality is what you're looking for. After you've done this for a short while, you'll soon notice that eating the old junk that you used to eat makes you feel really crappy. The main benefit to eating well is not to live longer, but to feel better on a day to day basis.
Good luck!

water is the best solution for you, mon ami. 2 ltr per day does not mean you have to drink all in liquid for. All foods has its own water content. Even bread has water in it. So try not to worry if you cannot down two bottles of mineral water each day because in everything that we eat, there's some amount of water. The next thing is that you need to start planning what you eat. I find this very helpful as I tend to have less craving for junk food when I started planning what to eat at what time 2 months ago. Hope this could be of a little help for you..

First, stop buying and eating the stuff. First thing every morning, drink a large glass of water (can add lemon juice if you like). Then have a good healthy breakfast. Toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, nuts, cereals. For lunch, again a well balanced meal with lots of vegs and fruits. Evening a light meal. Drink lots of water. Try to do more exercise, walk more if you can. Never let yourself get hungry otherwise your stomach will want easy satisfaction = fast food.
Good luck

Drink lots of water. Eat vegetables and fruits.
And try to stop eating junk food. Not easy, but slowly cutting back will work. make sure you have nuts handy when the need to eat junk food comes up.

Good day, so so far as i understand it's in general dairy and preservatives that offer you breakouts, so i would steer clear of those and center of attention on veggies, fruit, entire grains and lean meats.. What i would do is consume extra healthful often, you don't need to be so strict, enable your self treats as soon as in awhile. I in my opinion wouldnt suggest a strict detox, i have failed more than one occasions at the master cleanse (no longer considering that i wanted to deal with zits however considering the fact that i wanted to drop pounds), and ended up yoyo eating regimen.. I also wouldnt endorse juice fasts or any strict uncooked meals diets, simply it healthful, hinder dairy:)

You do have to stop eating it, but I'm guessing you knew that. Like the others said, drink lots of water. Also, eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and you can also do a fiber-based detox (yeah, you'll poo a lot!) they're found at stores like GNC and in most pharmacies in large grocery stores.

The "Master Cleanse"..google it..I'm doing it right now and it's awesome. You'll loose andout 1-2 lbs a day as well as detoxing..good stuff!..Then after it's complete switch to a vegitarian diet, cut out dairy, Meat and all processed food's- and you'll be one healthy and happy camper. Plus you'll never be fat..which is awesome.
