You can use bakingsoda mixed with peroxide, but it isn't a fun combination, but it will work. However, don't forget to use regular paste for fresh breath as well. You can also try Crest White Strips, they have done wonders for me. There are other products out there, but beware, some are not all that they are cracked up to be. Try a few things out, but it won't be cheap, so try to ask around others too to see what they may or may not recommend. Good Luck!

Baking soda works! Just put a little bit of baking soda on top of your toothpaste and brush away. P.S. it doesn't taste too good. Also, I've never tired this, but my friend used to swish a little bit of clorox. DO NOT SWALLOW IT!

Also, get in the habit of flossing at least once a day and brushing if you can after every meal, or at least 2 times a day. This might seem obbessive, but otherwise, you get a lot of plaque buildup and food in b/w your teeth that leads to cavities.

Also try using crest white strips, whitening toothpaste, although all of these things already have baking soda in them.

Use t he products on the market in your local stores for teeth whitening. The best out there is the Crest Whitening Strips. That is what my dentist uses in his office and recommends to his patients.

There's Crest White Strips and other various whitening products. Check out the toothpaste aisle at your local store.

You can go to any drug store and buy some whitening strips. I prefer crest myself--but make sure you actually really want/need them, because to young teeth it can damage the enamel a bit. Perhaps stick to brushing, and stay away from coffee/coke products?

White Teeth?
The natural and permanent solution seems to be: becoming and staying alkaline, urine and saliva, measured with pH paper from a health food store.

Becoming alkaline means to choose one's food to be alkaline (pH 7.5 of urine and saliva at all times).

An acidic pH makes the teeth yellow by draining calcium out of them. Not an easy task to become and stay alkaline in this world of acidic making pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, tobacco smoke etc. Yet, you may be able to accomplish this and gain great health, too.

Much luck and determination - and white teeth!

I have heard great things about those Listerine ones as well- sounds like the best bet- just FYI there are also kits you can get at tanning salons that you wear while in the tanning bed- so the uv light works like the dentist office ones.

Try Crest white strips. They worked for me. but you have to be consistent about it. They are kind of expensive, but cheaper than going to the dentist.

Mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide and brush your teeth with that every day after using your favorite toothpaste. It really whitens your teeth and it's a lot cheaper than other methods.
