Yes, He was abducted by aliens in the sense that He was taken up to Heaven by non-human, non-earth dwellers.

i think if aliens were showing up then....there would have been many reports
besides...everyone saw him die, and show up again resurrected, and ascend into heaven
no space vehicles showed up for the ascension.
