Both of the following are equally acceptable in usage:

献血者 - xiàn xuě zhě - literally; "donate blood person" (blood donor)

捐血者 - juān xuě zhě.- literally; "oblate blood person" (blood donor)

Also, if you use 捐献者 - juān xiàn zhě - literally "oblate donate person" it is simply translated to "donor"
