You can block your arteries so you can get a stroke or a heart attack, and even if that doesn't happen your whole body, all the organs and muscles, have to work overly hard to lug a fat body around, it cuts your wind, it cuts your lifetime, it blocks up your intestines so your body absorbs poisons and it can lead to cancer. Theres a statistical association between being fat and developing certain types of cancer. Losing weight is actually fairly easy, you just need to be consistent. Make a change and stick with it, don't waste your time trying to do it all at once, but cut out fried foods, greasy foods, oily foods, cut out butter and cheese and margarine and fatty meats, go for vegetables. And exercise. Not a lot at first, you could injure yourself, but you can slowly build up to basically anything, a thousand push ups a day if you take it slow, or running a marathon if you build up to that slowly.
