ok i ask him can he get a family plan and add me if i pay my part and get good grades an keep the house clean so he said ok then later i asked him whens he gonna do that then he said hes not gonna do that so i told fine tak me to walmart so i can get a prepaid phone then he was like tell your mom to buy it for you which is so stupid cuz i dont even live with her i hate him

Relax kid, cell phones can get very expensive, and most plans require good credit, if not a huge deposit has to be put down. Your father may not be in the position to do this for you. Its admirable of you to want to pay for it, most kids want everything handed to them. Discuss the prepaid phone with him again and assure him that you will take full responsibility for it.

How old are you? Is that the reason maybe your Dad is saying no? Ask him why he doesn't want to get a line for you. Most parents don't say no just to be mean. There has to be a reason.
You should save up your allowance and the next time you are at Wal-Mart buy your prepaid phone for yourself if he still says no.

How old are you? Why is it important to you to have a cell phone? Is it because you really think it's essential to keep in contact with your father and have it for emergencies, or is it because all your other friends have a cell phone and you want to fit in? You say you hate him, which is kindof sad, because he won't do what you want him to do. You live with him, he provides you food, clothing and shelter, as well as an education. Cut him a break. Cell phones for teens are a LUXURY item, not a neccessary item. If you're so hot to get your own cell phone, find a way to make your own money and buy your own without relying on your father or mother to provide you with one.

Chill girl. What could possibly do with a cell phone. I didn't my first one until I was 24. If you are really determined to get one prove it to your Dad. Earn it and quit whining, and love your parents there not going to be around forever.
