ok well im 14 and my bf is 17 and i think im in love but im not sure what love is, so i need someone to please explain it to me!
this is what im feeling: i miss him a lot, i think about him all the time, i cant concentrate on anything specially school work because hes always stuck in my mind!, i would do anything to just talk to him! please i need help!!! right now i even feel like crying over him!

yeah that's part of it he makes you weak in your knees, when he touch you u just want to melt then everything about him you love. You can tell him anything, or you get that little tingle ticklish feeling inside when you kiss or when he touch you, but that all i can think of cuz you didn't ask what love was but me personally i think u are in love and i hope he feels the same way about you!!!!!

Love is a commitment of life long devotion and is not based on mere feelings. And at 17, you must realize that boys at this age crave only one thing and they aren't concerned about the feelings of love,least to know it's true meaning, So, as you are going through this emotional stage of growing and maturing, don't let such feelings get the wrong way with each of you and don't do something you both will regret later. Understand first of where he wants to go in a relationship and set boundaries that neither one of you will cross and true love will prove out in the test of time. It is like a seed planted, Over time it will grow and bring forth it's fruit but you have a lot to learn so give boys a second place and put your learning and goals first place and when you have succeeded in these then get serious with someone who can meet the need of your heart, in which I am still learning this..

My guess is you really like this guy, but love? That is a very big thing and it takes time to develop love. Unfortunately sometimes infatuation feels like love and we make the wrong decisions. Tell yourself you have to think about school and do it.

Sounds like you really like this boy!....Learn from this as you would learn from anything else in your life. Make sure you don't make any mistakes that you will have to live with for a lifetime.......However i met my husband when i was 17, and i am 45 now.

You are in puppy love. You are basing your happiness on him, dangerous situation.
I also question why a guy that old would even consider dating someone so young. What's wrong with him that he can't get a girl his own age?

nope your not in love....its not love his using you most likely. im 17 and a girl who was 19 used me . well i didnt mind caz im a guy. but your a girl and can get your feelings hurt.

I have friends who have new boyfriends like every other week and feel the same way, it's normal.

i dont think your old enough to really know what love is.your lusting.you have the rest of your life for that.and if you were in love you would know it.i dont think anybody really understands love until it hits them in the face.
