If you got him a female he isn't going to want you any more he will bond with the female. If he is separate or a long bird clip his wings again as this takes the attitude away some. If he bits take him out with a towel or face cloth and hold him toward you and scratch his head and talk to him. He needs to trust again. Birds get hormonal and will bit or molting makes them grumpy so they bit. That comes and goes.

You can clip his wings at first and see how it goes. dont do it yourself, get an avian vet or someone experienced to help you.
Just talk in a soothing voice and praise him...pick a phrase and say it all the time so he knows you're praising him. give him treats and dont squish or grab him.
too much millet isnt good, if thats what you give them. (cuz a lot of ppl do.) it can cause fatty liver and stuff...but once in a while is ok.

Get his wings clipped so he will depend on you for transportation again.
Get some millet spray. Pin a sprig of it on your shoulder and put the bird there. Since birds associate food with love, he will, in time, get the idea that you love him. He will think you are loving and kind.
And of course talk to him or make noises he likes.

Try getting him out of the cage and letting him perch on your finger when he flies around catch him and bring him back to your finger. He will soon learn that it is time to perch on your finger and not fly. Also the biting part my parkeets bite me too. I think it is there nature.

Why does everyone post with the title 'My bird hates me'?
Your bird DOES NOT HATE YOU.
It's just that something changed. Environment, or less attention than before.

Try this. It's very helpful.
