My lunchbox is fairly large and is a (cold) thermal lunchbox.

Rolls.
Take a slice of sandwich bread and spread it with butter or margarine.
With a corner of a square or rectangle of bread pointing toward you, place across bread corner to corner the filling and roll up.
Fillings to consider:
Shredded chicken with some S & P or mayo
Asparagus spears
Surimi, a few slim slices of lettuce and a seafood dressing.

If you have a thermos, soup is easy, but homemade. Pasta or rice salads. I always like a sandwich, but keep the veggies in a separate baggie until lunch time. Cereal is also good and easy and top with a banana or other fruit.

my son loves the wrap idea. you can make pretty much anything into a wrap. his favortie is the rueben with corned beef, saurkaurt, thousand island and provalone cheese. mix and match ingredients or check out foo network for more ideas
