Is your dog Kennel Club Registered? If so, you need the dog's KC name & date of birth, then you can contact the Kennel Club Registration Department for a copy of the pedigree. If you bought direct from a breeder, this should have been supplied to you when you bought the dog.
If the dog is not kennel club registered, then there is no way you can verify this information.

All that info should be on the pedigree certificate and it should have been supplied when you aquired your dog. It should have the dogs kennel club name, parents names, grand parents names and great grandparents names.
If you don't have that basic info, or were not supplied that info when you purchased you dog, then the breeder is not fulfilling their obligations to you. I'd get on to the breeder and question why it was not supplied. Some breeders who can't get regular breeding animals, will resort to in breeding to keep the money coming in, and fail to provide that info. if you fail to get satisfaction from the breeder, maybe they have something to hide. maybe the proposal of solicitor involvement may provoke a response. Unfortuanatly prooving your pets parentage will be mighty difficult, I got all the info when i bought my westie, but my scottie was irish k.c. registered, and I had to push for that info............At the end of the day you bought your pet in good faith and probably for a good deal of money, approach the breeder nicely at first and then turn on the sour grapes if you get no where.............

With AKC, you can order a 5 generation pedigree. I am sure it is the same with the KC.
