People who had played it please (honest opinion)

yes, it is a good game, but the biggest problem with it is its controls. Offically, you must use motion sensing to control the dragon, which not everyone enjoyed, so it was hit and miss. Although, recently it has been discovered that Lair can be played as well via remote play with the PSP (using the analouge nub) and with the analouge stick by playing the game using a control that is not motion-sensing enabled or by tricking the game into thinking that you are playing the game with a controller that is not motion sensing enabled. Check the official Lair forums for specifics on how to do this. Yes, it is a good game that may not get the sequel it deserves because it (officially) forced motion sensing controls. ;)

I bought Lair Saturday and I think that it is a great game. To me, the Sixaxis controls are good. To be honest, I like the Sixaxis controls. It's just that some people have a harder time adapting to the controls than other people do.
The graphics of course are amazing, the music is great also.
Lair isn't a game for casual gamers or people that aren't used to a challenge. Their are a lot of controls for the dragon, but the game is just so fun and is like no other game made. I read the reviews of Lair before I bought the game, and I was a little skepical, but I am glad that I bought it because I have been waiting for this game since last year.
Also, the people that reviewed Lair in gaming magazines such as EGM didn't play Lair in it's final version because the game was cancelled for a few weeks to improve on the game, so they probably had problems that I never had.

Once you learn how to fly your dragon Lair is incredible. The water and landscape look real. It is a totally epic game. Awesome graphics, sound, effects the whole 9 yards!!! Pick it up but give it time, Play the first level over several times to master flying the dragon then you'll be good to go.
Now go spill some Maliki blood!!!!!

the only people who are going to awnser you are people with ps3s aka people with no credibility. i think lair was ok. too bad it wasnt on the xbox 360 which is a far superior system
