make sure your doctor does the A1C. There is no such thing as pre diabetic. You either are or your not. The only people that think there is an in between are the one that make money off of you the sicker you get because you cant get it under control.

Do some research on the disease. Dont wait until you are to sick to do something about it.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

OMG!!! Yes!!! ASAP!!! Like everyone above already said you could lose a body part or your life!!! Hurry!!! Once you get to the doctor you will learn more about it and should always remain eating a low sugar diet and exercising to keep your sugar down!!!You might even have to take insulin for the rest of your life, just don't neglect the warning signs!!! My brother was only 19 and he didn't even know what was going on and he thought he was just sick and ended up 6 days in intensive care to lower his blood sugar!!

♥Hope this helps!!♥

Yes. You may be pre-diabetic, you may be type 1, or you might have hypo-glycemia. In any case, only the doctor can diagnose... and he will probably help you change your diet.

BTW, if you work out and add lean muscle, then than that will help reduce the symptoms... but only do it after a doctor's check-up.

Google BMI to find your Body Mass Index---there's a chart for you to plug in your weight and height... Anyone 35 who is obese is a candidate for diabetes.... you could be running a hugely high blood sugar. Google Diabetes to find out what happens to your bod with it uncontrolled... it will scare the socks off of you, and for sure get you to loose weight. 35 is toooo young to be facing this, sweetie, wayyyyy tooooo young. Loose it, or you are killing yourself slowly with a fork,

any of the symptoms could be the sign that you have it... If you have more than one then it's a definite thing that you need to see the doctor.
