This is a toughie.
You want them all to know, because their support eill help get you through treatments etc.
But it is hard to tell people, and then have to kep retelling different ones, you are on enough of an emotional roller coaster at this time without that!
Could you possibly tell a couple of close friends, perhaps ones that knew you were having some tests done etc, and ask them to pass it on?
This is what I did in the short term. Long term, the rest found out when they saw me bald, although a couple thought I was making a fashion statement because I looked so well otherwise! LOL!
Good luck!

Baby sometime you just have to come right out and say it there is never any easy way to tell someone you love that you have cancer. Maybe if you had all your friends together and just told them this is something that is hard to say i am going to need everyone to hear me out till the end. I am going to need all the support i can get. I have cancer. Tell them what kind and then if you have to cry your heart out.

So sorry to hear this hun. I don't know what kind of cancer you have or what stage you may be in but I know when I was diagnosed, I actually called up my close friends to tell them. I called up everyone in my family also because I didn't want them hearing it from someone else.
Let me tell you, by letting people know you will get so much support that it will really help you through all of this.
Good Luck

Maybe you should have a get-together and have everyone you want to tell personally, invited. Then just let them know that you have cancer and that you need their support through these upcoming times. I am sure they will be supportive. I only say to have this get-together so that you don't have to repeat yourself.
God bless you.

hey i have cancer too so i know what you're dealing with. i have AML (leukemia). i dont know what type of cancer you have but what i did was i called my very good friends and told them and talked with them about it. its hard and you might cry but its good for them to know so they can come visit you and make you feel better. plus when lots of people know you get some gifts :D lol.
just remember to look at the positives in life or else you wont heal as quickly. thats what im finding with each round of chemo.

this may well be something it fairly is maximum suitable spoken. you are able to provide him a decision and tell him which you need to tell him something and it is going to likely be difficult to handle. Then basically say the words. "I even have maximum cancers." once you're there for him to speak to it's going to be much less annoying than analyzing a letter and having unanswered questions. solid success.
