The age of consent used to be 14 I am not sure if that has changed or not -
I think they upped it to 16 years old but I am not sure -
Legal of not - I do not think it is a good idea
You can not and should not look to Parliment for morality - Just because it is legal does not mean it is ok or a good idea
Some law makers in Canada and the world seem to think that they are the ones who decide right from wrong and they have proven themselves very wrong time and time again
So - my suggestion is look up "age of consent" in Canada
And then what ever the politicans said about the legality ask yourself is it right for a 26 year old to be dating a 15 year old

I think the real question is, what kind of 26 year old would want to date a child (yes at 15 you are still a child)? And better yet, why would a 15 year old be interested in someone who cant get someone even close to his age?

They can go out together, but if you're talking about a sexual relationship....that's illegal.
