The blister is a type of viral infection that cause extra reproduction of the skin. It is just "one". Therefore, it should not be contagious. it is not herpes, nor deadly STD. If condition is steady and no symptoms such as itch or pain, you do not need to worry too much. Try sandalwood and eucalyptus essential oil diluted in grape seed oil. Ratio is 25-30 drops of essential oil to 2 Oz (60ml) such that it will become 2% cconcentration. You can use half sandalwood and half eucalyptus. Or, if you hate to do it by yourself, you can use the G6 natural anti-viral cream from AMRCC.

it is a polynidal cyst. it is a hair folicle that got infected. theya re most common in teenagers and women. if it's getting bigger, you need to get to a surgeon ASAP to get it lanced (cut open and all the gross stuff squeezed out. it's gross and hurts but is best in the long run)

you may also decide to have a surgery to get the hair folicle removed. this has an 85% shot of making sure the cyst will never happen again.
